2. Products

Crest and Weave sells handmade outdoor and garden furniture in solid oak, FSC pine and reclaimed scaffold board — side tables, stools, chairs, bar stools and shelves. Each piece is unique. Photographs are representative but slight variations in tone or grain are inherent to the nature of solid wood.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euros including applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price displayed at order confirmation applies. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. A confirmation email is sent to you. Crest and Weave reserves the right to cancel any order in case of insufficient stock, an obvious pricing error, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments / Stripe. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment is due immediately at checkout.

6. Delivery

Orders ship from our workshop in Le Robert, Martinique, France. Indicative delivery times are shown at checkout. Crest and Weave cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure events.

7. Right of withdrawal

EU and UK customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Return Policy.

8. Legal guarantee

All our products carry the statutory guarantees of conformity (articles L217-4 onwards of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 onwards of the French Civil Code).

9. Liability

Crest and Weave cannot be held liable for indirect damages linked to the use of its products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, you may use the mediation service (CM2C — www.cm2c.net) or bring the matter before the competent courts.
